Everyone talks about how to change lives. Nurturing them, caring them and being able to alter them for good is what brings out the best. When we began with New Trend Biology (NTB) it was a simple step that we took so that we could make an effort to simplify Biology as a subject and help students ace it, improve their marks and help achieve their dream. It was a little sapling that slowly spread its roots and became the strength that it is today. In Lucknow, Botany and Zoology under one roof as an individual coaching was a new concept and we totally held our ground with our approach and we’re later met by rewards in the form of more students qualifying the medical exam with passage of every single year.
We opened another venture Revolution Test Series that brought forward the compilation of perfect mock test for all three subjects and we have been phenomenal with the students who appear for them. We take pride in mentioning this that RTS boasts, even of those students who are not registered with NTB. Not only this, we used avenues like mobile applications to reach out to the students in the whole of India. Although BioNEET and its allied applications are loved and topped the charts, the hard work that goes in them is immense. Inspection- the set of books for Biology was then made available for the nationwide state and we are glad that our books have reached every single corner of the country. Resting with this wasn’t enough so we started off with video lectures for Biology and were they a hit? Totally.

While preparing for entrance exams we faced innumerable problems in competition-oriented education pattern that is why, in the very beginning, we decided to do something new in this field.

History
Envisioned by ER. Puneet Chandra and DR. Hariom Gangwar, buttressed by other members, Gangwar ER-DR Institute have shown a remarkable growth in such a short time. Our determination, diligence, dedication and consistent support of the students and their guardians have catapulted us as a force to reckon with in the field of Pre-Engg. and Pre-Med. coaching. Our efforts in redefining the tenets of competitive guidance are bearing fruits as can be observed from the paradigm shift in favour of quality in place of quantity in the arena of Pre-Engg. and Pre-Med. coaching. Art and science of swimming can be best taught by the swimmers. We, at Gangwar ER-DR Institute is the enthusiastic youth who’ve successfully cleared all the major all-India level Pre-Engg. and Pre-Med. competitions in recent past. We don’t trumpet our expertise on the subjects but we insist on the nitty-gritty of cracking the competitions. We know what and how to study for these competitions. We also know what and how not to study. We aptly apply the tools of the art of teaching sciences in our various programs with full vigour and élan.

While preparing for entrance exams we faced innumerable problems in competition-oriented education pattern that is why, in the very beginning, we decided to do something new in this field. In the beginning we faced both encouragement and discouragement of the society because our venture was not in tune with the present- day society. Our tireless efforts paved the way with a very wonderful growth with the support of students and their guardians. Encouraged by selected students’ team and our associate team’s spirit of devotion we are now working on our own expertise pattern considering in mind each and everyone. In last year we have considered equally necessary to shape our young students career while entering 9th classes. A new wing naming has been started. Wishing to all our students a very successful academic career today and throughout the life and we are always ready in your time of need.

It generates interest, passion and provides strong foundation for grasping fundamentals and their application. Our material is so vast and self-sufficient in every respect so there is no need to refer any other material.
Latest trends & tools in pedagogy are incorporated in our teaching technique. The art of teaching science, inter alia, includes building a concept from its most basic level. We emphasize the etymology and semantics of the concepts in our lectures. We try our level-best to descend to the intellectual level of the students and build a concept keeping the students’ perspective firmly in mind.
Fringe-areas of different units are earnestly traversed by us so that our students may have an edge over other students. Of late, upcoming areas like frontier-technologies have emerged as the favourite hunting grounds for the paper-setters.
